This project focused on redesigning the website for Kata.ai to make its AI services feel more relevant, approachable, and ready for today’s business market. From Kata.ai’s perspective, the goal was to present their solutions in a fresher and clearer way so potential clients could easily understand how their services support real business needs. From my role as the designer, I translated that goal into a clean structure, clear messaging, and modern visuals—making the website easier to navigate, easier to understand, and more aligned with how businesses evaluate AI partners.
The Challenges
As Kata.ai’s product ecosystem grew, the existing website struggled to clearly explain AI solutions across industries. The experience lacked strong storytelling for enterprise decision-makers, under-emphasized lead conversion, and did not fully reflect the sophistication of Kata.ai’s AI capabilities through its visual language.
The Goals
The primary goal was to increase qualified enterprise leads through the website. This was achieved by clarifying AI solutions for multiple industries, reinforcing trust through enterprise-grade visuals, strengthening key CTAs such as Book a Demo and Try KataCX, and ensuring the website remained performant, responsive, and scalable for long-term SEO growth.
